This service is for the Ampy 5188a & 5028a card operated meters.

Meter Repair Process:

  1. Once you've completed your online order, call or email our sales team giving them as much information as possible relating to the fault.
  2. We will the provide you with a returns reference which you can quote in any subsequent correspondence.
  3. Pack your meter securely in a suitable box with adequate padding around the meter and send it to:
    Stephen P Wales Ltd
    3 Warren Road
    Torquay
    TQ2 5TQ
    We recommend using a tracked delivery service and writing you return reference on the outside of the box.
  4. Once received, our experienced meter technicians will repair your meter and test it to ensure it is in full working order.
  5. We then pack, and return your meter to you, generally within 10 working days from receipt.
