Quick overview

This service is for the Ampy 5188a & 5028a card operated meters.  If you require another meter to be repaired, please contact our friendly sales team on 01803 295430.

Meter Repair Process:

  1. Pack your meter securely in a suitable box with adequate padding around the meter.
  2. We will send you an email allowing you to print off a UPS returns label.
  3. Affix the label to the package and drop it to your local UPS collection point, (click here to find you nearest UPS collection point).
  4. Once received, our experienced meter technicians will repair your meter and test it to ensure it is in full working order.
  5. We then pack, and return your meter to you, generally within 10 working days from collection.
