All of our prepayment meters allow you to on-sell electricity in scenarios as you described above.  You would continue to pay the bill on the primary meter coming in to the property, and the secondary prepayment meters would allow you to gather funds from your tenants for their proportion of usage.  You control the rates set on the meter, allowing you to ensure you recoup enough funds to pay the primary bill, and most will allow additional features such as emergency credit and debt recovery,

It is very rare that antennas are required as the SIM cards provided are true roaming SIMs.  This means that they are not tied to a particular network so will search for the strongest network available in your area.  Antenna's tend to be required in very remote areas or where a meter is to be positioned for example, in a basement.

As the Landlord you would have your own login on the MeterPay website where you have full control of your meters.  You can view credit levels and deliveries as well as amending tariffs, (i.e. standing charge and unit rates).  You can also link a single tariff to multiple meters so if you need to amend the amount you charge, you only have to change one tariff as opposed to re-program multiple meters,

Yes, a debt can be applied to a meter and then a percentage payback amount is set on the tariff, e.g. if the percentage is 20% and the tenants tops up £10, they will be charged £12, with the additional £2 being deducted from the debt.
