Quick overview

This service is for the TIM30, TIM3100, TIM3200 & TIM3500 Timer Range.  Please note that timer repairs will generally require a replacement part, and you will be contacted to confirm any additional costs upon initial inspection. 

Meter Repair Process:

1. Once you've completed your online order, call or email our sales team giving them as much information as possible relating to the fault.
2. We will the provide you with a returns reference which you can quote in any subsequent correspondence.
3. Pack your timer securely in a suitable box with adequate padding around the meter and send it to:

   We recommend using a tracked delivery service and writing you return reference on the outside of the box.
4. Once received, our experienced meter technicians will inspect your timer and our sales team will get in touch to confirm if any replacement parts are required. We will then repair your timer and test it to ensure it is in full working order.
5. We then pack, and return your timer to you, generally within 10 working days from receipt.
